The Webster
Dictionary definition of “empower” says: to give authority, power to;
enable; permit. How can environments be created in our organizations where
people are enabled? Where people have the ability to be all that we need
them to be? Where people feel safe enough to give and receive honest
feedback? Where trust and respect thrive because honesty is spoken and
people are authentic?
This enabling, mentoring, leading process requires a skill-set whose
foundation lies in the Real Leaders Listen workshop. Once listening skills
have been learned, we can add the “tougher” communication skills necessary
for solid growth and deep trust to develop between you and the people with
whom you work or live.
Workshop participants will:
