Differences between people in the workplace are often a cause of tension and conflict. That is, until we begin to understand that there is a natural reason for some of these differences. Once we understand, we can actually begin to value the differences rather than be irritated by them.



This workshop is fun and interactive

You will discover information about yourself and have a good time doing it. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC Behavioral Inventory are the basis of discussion that also includes valuable information on gender differences.

Self discovery is fun, but the best part of the workshop is that you will be less critical of those who think differently from you and you can help them become less critical of you.
