The History of Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures Lynne Ruhl, founder, President and CEO of Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures, spent 18 years training, mentoring and coaching the athletes and staff at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy in relationship and quality-of-life skills. She had the privilege of working on mental training with some of the finest athletes in gymnastics, including 1996 Olympic Gold Medalists Amanda Borden and Jaycie Phelps and three-time World Champion and 1992 Olympian Kim Zmeskal. One of her roles was to serve as Executive Coach for Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy Owner and two-time Olympic Coach, Mary Lee Tracy. Gymnastics opened the doors for Lynne to do speaking and training for businesses, civic organizations and churches. In January 2001 she formed Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures and offers powerful relationship building services on a full time basis. For the past 25 years, these skills and training methods have been developed and honed by a non-profit organization for non-profit organizations. The many requests they received to bring these life-changing skills to the workplace resulted in Lynne and Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures being awarded exclusive rights to these materials and methods for the business and civic world. The passion of Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures is that people be given the tools to relate to each other in a way that makes all feel valued and understood. Our belief is that most people do not want to be hard to get along with, but when they are, it is often because they do not feel understood. The problems caused … misunderstandings, conflict, absenteeism, employee turnover, etc. … are unnecessary. Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures teaches the skills necessary to change this destructive cycle ... they are simple in principle and can change the climate of an entire organization. Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures is committed to helping create work environments where trust and respect flourish … where employees are empowered and leave work more energized than when they came … where people know they are valued and the work they are doing is making a difference. When this happens companies will not only be making a difference because of what they do, but they will also be making a difference in the lives of everyone who works for them …and for all their families. That’s what we call “scoring a perfect 10.0!
